Download deb package :
wget -c http://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/64.0.3417.47/linux/Opera_64.0.3417.47_amd64.deb


Install package :
sudo dpkg -i Opera_64.0.3417.47_amd64.deb


Press yes to continue installation


After installation is completed, open opera on ubuntu menu dashboard
